It will be members of the IAAAD:

7.All athletes who are members of their respective national Association will become members of the l.A.A.A.D.

Association will become members of the l.A.A.A.D. 8.All amateur, professional or retired athletes, whose
National Associations do not exist, and expressily request membership into the I.A.A.A.D. 9.Professional sports Federations (players, referee, etc). It will be necessary for the new members to accept the I.A.A.A.D's
statutes, philosophy, principles and objectives.
